Furthermore, over 25% of business is conducted online, with 230.5 million e-commerce shoppers in 2021. The pandemic has only accelerated this trend, as more consumers turn to online shopping for a variety of products and services.

Interestingly, over three-quarters of shoppers visit a business's website before visiting their physical location. This means that having a website is just as important for brick-and-mortar businesses as it is for online ones, as the web has become consumers' first stop.

So what do these statistics mean for your business? It's clear that having a website is essential in today's digital age, regardless of whether your business is online or in-person.
